Classroom Connect

Classroom Connect is Discovery Education’s Professional Development support. We believe that by connecting teachers to our team of School Success Advisors and to one another, we can provide real, practical, classroom tested support that will enhance teaching and learning for you and your colleagues. 

Classroom Connect Live

Over the course of the year, we will be hosting events designed to connect real teachers to one another where they can share their best ideas and advice on what really works in their classrooms. These events can be in-person or online.

Classroom Connect Immersion

Hosted at locations across the country, these in-person events enable you to experience new ideas and resources firsthand. Led by experts from our team but also connecting you to other teachers as you explore how these resources could benefit your classroom.

Classroom Connect Workshops

In person PD sessions led by expert teachers who will tailor the session to suit your school. These can be delivered after school or as part of one of your INSET days.

Classroom Connect Podcast

Our ‘Why to’ podcast is hosted by our Director of Professional Development Andrew Tidswell and Ian Rockey, School Success Advisor and former headteacher. These lively discussions cover a range of relevant classroom topics, some of which feature expert guest contributors. Each episode is no longer than a school break time so can be listened to easily at any time of the day.
