Two Discovery Education Products Named 2024 Bett Award Finalists

School pupil excited to be using DoodleLearning

Two products from Discovery Education, the worldwide EdTech leader whose state-of-the-art digital platform supports learning wherever it takes place, have been named as finalists for next year’s prestigious Bett Awards.

Produced in association with The British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), the Bett Awards recognise and reward the UK’s most outstanding EdTech and are widely acknowledged as a benchmark of excellence.

Discovery Education Espresso is nominated in the 2024 Primary Digital Learning Product Broad Curriculum category. Providing one platform for all teaching needs, Espresso brings the real world into the classroom, with dynamic, digital, curriculum-matched resources for primary schools.

Discovery Education’s DoodleLearning is nominated in the 2024 Primary Digital Learning Product Numeracy & Maths category. The DoodleMaths and DoodleEnglish apps – designed by teachers and fully curriculum aligned – use the latest EdTech advances to reward learning and boost children’s confidence, while encouraging them to practice little and often.

Howard Lewis, Discovery Education’s Managing Director, UK and International, said:

“We’re delighted to be shortlisted for two prestigious Bett awards – the highest accolade in the education industry. We’re committed to creating engaging, exciting classroom resources which save teachers time and ignite student curiosity.”

The 2024 Bett Awards will take place on 24th January in London. Recognised by many as the most important awards in the EdTech industry, Bett finalists are seen to be at the cutting edge of EdTech across the UK and around the world.
